Katrina Bridgman

Katrina Bridgman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Adviser & Client Services at Penn Mutual since September 2016. Previously, Katrina held various roles at Chubb NA from 2000 to August 2016, including Operations Services Manager for Underwriting & Risk Engineering, where leadership was provided for operations in key U.S. markets. Katrina's earlier positions at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies included managing underwriting quality and marketing talents, overseeing productivity among customer service teams, and implementing training programs for skill development. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Fairfield University.
