Matthew Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and fraud prevention. Currently serving as AVP of Customer Success at Penn Mutual since April 2024, Matthew has modernized the company's legacy contact center and launched advanced fraud prevention technology. Previously, as Director and Head of Commercial Card Customer Operations at Capital One from May 2012 to April 2024, Matthew redesigned the commercial servicing strategy and led the Elite Servicing pilot program, significantly scaling service capacity while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Matthew began his career at Wells Fargo, where leadership of the Online Technical Support team resulted in improved performance and client engagement. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT Management from ECPI University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
