Cynthia Day

Cynthia Day is a Surety Territory Manager at Penn National Insurance, a position held since May 2006, where responsibility includes marketing and underwriting a book of surety business for the assigned territory. Previously, Cynthia served as District Bond Manager at The Main Street America Group from April 1999 to April 2006, managing a full line of surety business in the designated area. Additionally, a significant tenure at USF&G/St Paul from November 1976 to April 1999 as a Sr Bond Underwriter involved marketing and underwriting for the surety book of business. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science in Insurance & Economic Security from the University of South Carolina between 1981 and 1987.
