Lori Gondak

Lori Yacisin, SPHR, serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Penn State University since May 2016, overseeing a team of 42 employees responsible for strategic talent acquisition programs, academic recruitment, and part-time hiring activities. Previously, Lori held positions as Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategic Partner at Penn State University, and served as Human Resources Manager at API Technologies Corp. and Director of Talent at ICON plc, where strategic initiatives in talent acquisition and management were developed. Additional experience includes roles at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, Orcom Solutions, Xpedior, and Visalign, focusing on aligning talent management strategies with business goals and implementing HR functions. Lori holds a B.S. in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
