Shannon Johnson

Shannon Johnson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and systems administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Information Technology at Penn State University since November 2002. In this role, Shannon supervises the IT Helpdesk, manages project development, and oversees staff performance and growth. Previous positions include Lead Systems Administrator, responsible for administering numerous Windows and Linux servers, and IT Specialist in the Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering, managing a departmental Linux Lab.
