Susan Chappell

Susan Chappell, M.Ed., serves as the Associate Director of Career Services at Penn State University's Commonwealth Campuses, where responsibilities include guiding a team to provide advocacy and support for Career Services colleagues across 20 campuses. With a wealth of experience in employer engagement, Susan has developed strategic partnerships with over 1,000 corporate and community partners, enhancing the academic experience for Penn State students. Previous roles at Penn State Lehigh Valley included Alumni and Corporate Liaison, where a hybrid position was created to foster collaboration between alumni and corporate partners, and Project Lead and Co-Director at The Penn State Center @ Overlook Park. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Education, a graduate certificate in Distance Education, and a bachelor's degree in Economics, all from Penn State University.
