Andy Barton MIRP CertRP serves as the Head of Sourcing Delivery at Penna since April 2014, leading efforts to deliver permanent hires throughout the UK while collaborating with over 150 local authorities, Central Government departments, Blue Light Services, Not-for-Profit organizations, and Higher Education institutions. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at Lorien Plc from October 2009 to March 2014, including Practice Lead for Sourcing & Recruitment and Central Government Resourcing Consultant (SC Cleared), as well as Senior Account Manager for Fujitsu.
