Beth Ann Allen has worked in various accounting roles since 2005. Beth Ann began their career at Global Mortgage Inc. as an Accounting Manager, where they supervised Accounting transactions related to the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Treasury & Financial Reporting. Beth Ann then moved to Mission Health Communities as an AP Manager/Business Office Manager, where they developed and implemented AP Manual streamlining processes to improve accuracy. From there, they moved to Airamid Health Services as a Regional Controller, where they reviewed and trained the Revenue Cycle Management process for 8 SNF's. Beth Ann then moved to Palm Management as a Regional Controller, where they led and monitored the RCM process for 6 SNF's. In 2018, they moved to JACKSONVILLE HEALTH & REHAB as a Facility Controller, where they processed Medicaid Pending Applications and submitted claims to Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp, Commercial & Managed Care Ins. Most recently, they worked at Plum Healthcare Group as an Area Director of Accounting/Revenue Cycle, where they developed and continued to successfully drive strategic initiatives, strategic planning and process improvements. Currently, they are a Financial Controller at Penney Retirement Community, where they coach, mentors and continuously develops the Accounting team and has streamlined the month end close process.

Beth Ann Allen received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Everest University-Largo between 2005 and 2008.
