Joshua Brooker

Joshua Brooker, BSFIN, REBC, is the CoFounder and Chief Visionary Officer at SnapHealth, actively engaged in transforming healthcare access and navigation since April 2018. With extensive involvement in various organizations, Joshua serves as an Advisory Council Member for Pennie and participates in the CMS Broker Advisory Group. As Chairman of the Individual Markets Working Group and a Member At Large on the National Legislative Council for NABIP, Joshua focuses on healthcare market analysis and advocacy, particularly in Medicare and ACA. Additionally, as Principal of PA Health Advocates, Joshua simplifies the health insurance process. Career experience includes leadership roles at Helping Health and uFinancial Group, where Joshua managed significant financial portfolios and provided comprehensive financial planning services. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Penn State Erie.
