Haley Harwood Ed. (she/her)

Haley Harwood, M.S. Ed., currently serves as the Alumni Communications Coordinator at Pennington & Company, where responsibilities include establishing client relationships, advising on best practices for fundraising and communications, and supporting multi-million dollar capital campaigns. Previous roles include Learning Assistant in Student Athlete Support Services and Graduate Assistant Career Coach at The University of Kansas, where Haley provided academic support and career guidance to diverse student populations. Prior to that, experience as Lead College Access Coach with College Forward involved coaching under-represented students and developing resources for college preparation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education focusing on Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Baylor University.
