Daniella Twelvetree is an accomplished communications and engagement leader with extensive experience in various roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Communications & Engagement at Pennon Group Plc since June 2024, Daniella previously held the position of Head of Customer and Engagement at South West Water from April 2023 to June 2024. Daniella’s career at Barclays UK spanned 18 years, during which roles included Head of Campaign Management, Head of Marketing Communications, Head of Content Marketing, Head of Transformational Marketing, Senior Communications Manager, Head of Branch Communications, Senior Campaign Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager. Daniella's early career began at EMAP as Circulation & Trade Marketing Manager and related positions from August 1996 to June 2002. Daniella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Technology from The University of Humberside and A levels in Mathematics, Economics, and French from King James’s School.
