Ian Hutchings is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data analysis, recruitment management, and operations. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at Pennon Group Plc since March 2019, Ian leads the transformation of raw data into Board level reporting while managing multiple systems and designing solutions to address evolving demands. Previously, Ian held roles such as Recruitment Manager at Experis UK & Ireland, where bespoke recruitment solutions were delivered in niche engineering and defense sectors, and Head of National Accounts at LockRite Locksmiths Ltd., focusing on key accounts. Ian's early career included positions such as Regional Senior Contract Manager at Manpower UK, Operations Manager at CET Safehouse, National Account Manager at ReactFast, Trading Manager at B&Q, and Systems Trainer at BT Expedite. Ian holds a BA Hons in German Studies from the University of Birmingham and A Levels and GCSEs from Taunton School.
