Ivy Dench-Carter

Ivy Dench-Carter has been working in the development and management of affordable housing projects for over two decades. With experience at companies like Pennrose and National CORE, Ivy has held various roles such as Senior Vice President of Development, Senior Development Officer, and Regional Property Manager. Ivy's expertise lies in affordable housing preservation, funding applications, due diligence, and in-place rehabilitations. Ivy has been responsible for overseeing development projects in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. Ivy is an alumna of Spelman College.
