Kurt Fredenburgh

Kurt Fredenburgh has extensive experience in compliance and property management, beginning as a Maintenance Specialist and advancing to Property Manager at Associated Management Company from 1992 to 1998. Following this, Kurt served as Senior Manager at National Church Residences from 1998 to 2005, managing HUD Senior 202 Section 8 properties and Public Housing Facilities. Kurt then worked as a Compliance Specialist at American Management Services from 2005 to 2010, and has been a Compliance Auditor at Pennrose Properties, LLC since February 2011.
