Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson is the Senior Vice President Development at Pennrose, responsible for expanding the company's development team and representing Pennrose among industry organizations, financial partners, design and construction partners, Housing Authorities, and State Agencies. With previous experience at PEAK Housing Partners, LLC as Owner and Managing Partner, Cohen-Esrey Development Group, LLC as Managing Director, and Cohen-Esrey Capital Partners as Director of State Tax Credits, Tom has a wealth of experience in affordable housing development. Tom also served as President of Live a Mythic Life and as Senior Vice President at Q10 Triad Capital Advisors. Tom holds a BS in Finance & Real Estate from Florida State University.
