Zachary Cavender

Zachary Cavender, MBA, serves as the Regional Vice President at Pennrose and has a background in real estate development and financial advising. Prior to their current role, Zachary held various positions at Mark-Dana Corporation, including Vice President and Development Project Manager/Analyst. With an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Houston, Zachary also has experience as an MBA Intern at Midway and the Urban Land Institute, where Zachary worked on redevelopment projects and conducted research. Zachary's educational background also includes a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston.
