Kris McFadden, Sr. serves as the President and CEO of Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge and the Naaman Center, overseeing a continuum of care for substance use disorder treatment with over 300 inpatient beds and a staff of approximately 175. Operating on faith-based principles, the organizations maintain an annual budget of $11 million. Additionally, Kris McFadden is the President and CEO of New Man Community Development Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Liberty University, a Master of Arts from Evangelical Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
