Amanda Tucci has a diverse professional background with experience in customer experience, UX design, graphic arts, marketing coordination, and public relations. Currently, Amanda works at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in a customer experience role since December 2019. Prior to that, Amanda was a UX & Visual Design Student at Skillcrush, where user data analysis and website content structure organization were key responsibilities. Amanda spent nearly six years as a Graphic Artist at Rite Aid, overseeing advertising materials for thousands of stores and optimizing production processes. Additionally, Amanda coordinated marketing efforts at PlusNetMarketing, ensuring effective campaign responses and customer retention, while also interning in public relations at West Chester University. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
