Sandra Fouch

Sandra Fouch serves as the Director of Assessment and Data at The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, a position held since July 2007. Additionally, Sandra holds the title of Director of Federal Programs, Assessment and Research at the same institution. Sandra also has experience in the role of Director of Federal Programs and Student Assessment at PA Cyber Charter School since 2006. Sandra earned an EdD in Educational Psychology from West Virginia University between 2003 and 2006.
