John Kilheffer

John Kilheffer has extensive experience in enterprise security, currently serving as Vice President of the Enterprise Security Office and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PHEAA since December 2012. Prior roles at PHEAA include Vice President and Director positions within the Enterprise Security Office. Before joining PHEAA, John Kilheffer worked at TE Connectivity as a Senior Technical Architect specializing in computer and network security from May 1999 to December 2012, and at AMP Incorporated (now TE Connectivity) in various roles including Operations Manager and Project Manager from May 1994 to May 1999. John Kilheffer holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
