Matthew Rader has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthew is currently the President (CEO) of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS), where they have been since 2016. PHS is a not-for-profit organization that utilizes horticulture to improve health in the Greater Philadelphia Region through various programs and initiatives. Matthew has played a key role in the success of PHS, including their renowned Philadelphia Flower Show.
