Caroline Kelm has extensive experience in research and legislative assistance, currently serving as Assistant Research Manager for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since May 2019, where previous roles included Legislative Assistant and Junior Research Analyst. Prior to this, Caroline was a Fellow at Civic Enterprises from January to May 2018, focusing on research initiatives. Caroline's early career included hospitality experience as a Hostess at Bonefish Grill from May 2016 to February 2018, where interaction with guests and collaboration with team members were key responsibilities. Caroline holds a degree from Saint Joseph's University, completed in 2019, and attended Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School from 2011 to 2015, along with participation in The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
