Susan Boyle

Director, Republican Research at Pennsylvania House of Representatives

Susan Boyle has a diverse work experience, starting in 1984 as a Staff Assistant for U.S. Senator John Heinz. Susan later served as a Research Analyst in the Senate of Pennsylvania, where they played a role in originating legislation and preparing policy papers. In 1990, they became an Executive Assistant for Senator Heinz, staying until 1991. Boyle then joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1994 as the Director of the State Government Committee, a position they held until 2019. During their time there, they also held roles such as Assistant Director and Director of Republican Research. In 2019, they became the Designee for Legislative Board Member at the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System, and in 2021, they took on the same role at the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System. Additionally, in 1988, they worked as the Central Pennsylvania Field Coordinator for People for John Heinz, where they directed campaign activities and organized events in multiple counties.

Susan Boyle has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University. Susan also attended Penn State University, where they studied Public Administration. However, specific start and end years for both educational experiences are not provided.
