Jennifer Schelling

Jennifer Schelling is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Data and Intervention Specialist at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) since August 2021. Throughout their tenure at PALCS, which began in September 2014 as an Elementary Instructional Coach, Jennifer has focused on enhancing educational practices and student achievement through collaboration with teachers. Prior roles include 1st Grade Instructional Designer and Teacher, as well as a Special Education Teacher at Brandywine School District from October 2001 to January 2022. Jennifer holds advanced degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership from Wilmington University and Immaculata University, with endorsements in Instructional Coaching.
