Cally Sullivan, MBA, has held various prominent roles in the insurance and media sectors. Currently, Cally serves as a Board Member and Program Chair for Emerging Leaders at Pennsylvania NABIP since January 2023. At Independence Blue Cross, Cally has been a key player since May 2015, advancing from Broker Sales Executive to Manager of Broker Experience, focusing on optimizing sales through the broker channel and enhancing communication strategies.
