Carolyn Gormley

Carolyn Gormley, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at the Pennsylvania State Senate since September 2020. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Old Dominion University from August 2018 to December 2019, where Carolyn supported the Business School's administration and resolved issues for faculty and students. Carolyn's extensive background at Target spanned several positions, including Salesfloor Executive Team Leader and Human Resources Executive Team Leader, effectively managing teams of up to 80 employees and overseeing HR functions for over 280 employees while contributing to significant sales performance in high-volume stores. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh (2007-2011).
