Juliet Harshbarger

Juliet Harshbarger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service, brand management, and communications. Currently serving as the Constituent Outreach Coordinator for the Pennsylvania State Senate, Juliet manages the Senator’s Centre County office, building connections with local organizations to facilitate regional growth. Previous roles include Brand Manager and Business Analyst at Persea Naturals LLC, where Juliet conducted market research, developed marketing materials, and managed financials, and Staff Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives, coordinating tours and constituent outreach. Juliet began career pursuits as a Radio DJ and Staff Writer during college and participated in various internships that provided insights into legislative processes and local governance. Juliet is currently pursuing an MBA at Grove City College, building upon a foundation of Communication Studies and Journalism from the same institution.
