Randy A. Goin Jr., Ph.D., currently serves as Deputy Chancellor and Chief of Staff at Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education since December 2013. Previously, Randy was Chief of Staff for the State University System of Florida - Board of Governors from September 2009 to December 2013. Experience at Florida Atlantic University from 2000 to 2009 included roles as Associate Vice President for Communications/Marketing, University Chief of Staff, Director of Marketing, and Director of University Relations. Randy also worked as a consultant from 1995 to 2009, focusing on marketing, branding, and public relations for various corporate and non-profit clients. Earlier in Randy's career, experience included a position as Designer & Editor at CPC from September 1991 to July 1993. Academically, Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree in Liberal Studies (Corporate and Political Communications) from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Doctor of Philosophy in Communications and Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
