Christopher Chagnon Msit

Christopher Chagnon MSIT, PSM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management, software development, and design. Currently serving as a Senior Development Applications Engineer at MathWorks since October 2022, Christopher previously contributed as a Featured Contributor at HDI, focusing on enhancing careers in technical support and service management. Christopher's background includes roles such as IT Service Management Architect at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where transformational user-centered experiences were developed, and several positions in customer support and multimedia design. Additionally, Christopher has been an Enforcer for Penny Arcade, Inc. since February 2017, supporting logistics and crowd control at the Penny Arcade Expo.
