Tomas Kubik has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Tomas worked at Penny Market s.r.o. as the Head of Communications, where they built a new communications department and developed and implemented the communications strategy. Prior to that, they worked at ŠKODA AUTO a.s., where they held several positions including Manager of temporary employment, Spokesperson Corporate & Business, Global Corporate Communications Manager, and Spokesperson Sales, Finance & Marketing. In these roles, they were responsible for areas such as corporate strategy, digitalization, industry 4.0, new technologies, government and stakeholder relations, crisis communication, and sustainability. Before ŠKODA AUTO a.s., they worked at Fleishman-Hillard as an Account Manager and at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as a Project Manager for the Czech Presidency in the EU. Tomas began their career at Periscope Skandinávie as an Outgoing specialist and On-line marketing specialist.
Tomas Kubik completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International relations and political science from Masaryk University Brno, from 2004 to 2008. Tomas then pursued higher education at the University of Finance and Administration, Prague, from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Marketing Communications (Ing.).
