David Baker

David Baker is currently serving as an Associate Director at Pennycuick Collins Chartered Surveyors, where David oversees major works on residential portfolios for management clients. With a background as a Chartered Building Surveyor at the same company, David has extensive experience in preparing maintenance plans, schedules of work, and administering construction contracts. Prior to this, David worked at AMPM as a Maintenance Surveyor and at Elliott Group as a Site Surveyor. David holds a Bsc Hons in Building Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton.
