Fredrik Christensen has held a range of roles in product design, user experience (UX), and creative leadership throughout their career. Fredrik is currently the Head of Product Design at Pennylane, where they set the design vision and strategy, manages a team of 20 product designers, and fosters a collaborative environment. Previously, they served as the Chief Experience Officer at Kudona, where they developed a customer experience strategy and advocated for a customer-first culture. Fredrik also held positions as VP of User Experience at rubarb, Head of Creative at Betway Group, Design Director at Hamseys, and Head of Design & UX at ACHICA. Before that, they founded a digital creative agency called Marslight Ltd and worked as a Senior Design Consultant at Hello World Productions and as a Digital Designer at New Media Maze. Fredrik's experiences showcase their expertise in design strategy, team management, and creating exceptional user experiences.
