Pamela Marsh

Pamela Marsh has been Senior Managing Director and Treasurer at PennyMac since July of 2019, a role which encompasses all aspects of corporate finance, treasury management and investor relations for PennyMac and its affiliated entities. She has been Treasurer of PennyMac and its affiliated entities since October of 2012, and is responsible for the company’s financing arrangements, capital and liquidity management and cash operations. Ms. Marsh is a financial executive with deep experience in treasury management, strategic and financial planning, investor relations, capital markets, human resources, accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining PennyMac, Ms. Marsh was Executive Vice President, Treasurer for OneWest Bank from its inception in 2009 to October 2012. From 1995 to 2009, Ms. Marsh served in a variety of increasing positions for Indymac Bank and prior, she served as Vice President, Assistant Controller for Sanwa Bank California, an $8 billion commercial bank with 105 branches throughout California. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick and was a Certified Public Accountant.

Pam graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting.
