Felray Tate

Felray Tate is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Mammoth Holdings, LLC since June 2024. From September 2021, Felray has held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at PENNYMAC, previously also serving as AVP, Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Felray worked as Recruitment Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts for a brief period in 2021 and as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Legends from December 2017 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Felray held various roles including Talent Acquisition Manager, Team Lead of Lead Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Supplemental Health Care from January 2014 to November 2017. Felray earned a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Event & Sports Management from the University of North Texas between 2009 and 2013.
