Jay Shields

Jay Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and athletic industries. As a Senior Business Analyst at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since October 2020, Jay has leveraged analytical expertise to drive business strategies. In addition, Jay co-owns Infinity Plus Athletics since 2011. Previously, Jay held senior analyst roles at Mr. Cooper and First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, as well as IT and software positions at Mortgage Financial Services and Calyx Software. Jay's career began at Bank of America as an Underwriter ROQA Analyst, and Jay also contributed as a coach for TRUTH YOUTH ORGANIZATION. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grambling State University, where studies were completed from January 2001 to December 2005.
