Johanna Young

Johanna Young is an accomplished leader in project management with extensive experience across multiple industries, including finance and technology. Currently serving as SVP of the Technology Project Management Office at PENNYMAC, Johanna has successfully managed cross-functional teams and contractor relationships while mentoring early career analysts. Previously held roles at Intuit included Principal Program Manager and Staff Program Manager, focusing on data connectivity initiatives with major financial institutions in the U.S., Australia, and the U.K. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Digital Insight, Balboa Insurance Group, Move.com, InsWeb, and Countrywide, where Johanna demonstrated expertise in system analysis, process automation, and team management. Johanna holds a degree in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
