Lilianne Tang

Lilianne Tang has an extensive work experience history. Lilianne'smost recent role was with PENNYMAC, where they served as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from August 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining PENNYMAC, Lilianne worked at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they were the Social Justice and MultiCultural Programs Coordinator from September 2018 to August 2021. Lilianne also briefly served as an Ethnic Studies Course Instructor from January 2021 to March 2021.

From November 2015 to January 2021, Lilianne worked at UC Irvine as a Freshman & Transfer Admissions Application Reader.

Lilianne'sprevious experience also includes working as an Assistant for Multicultural Programs at Northwestern University from September 2017 to June 2018. Lilianne served as a Graduate Assistant and Graduate Intern at Loyola University Chicago from August 2016 to May 2018 and from May 2017 to August 2017, respectively.

Furthermore, Lilianne worked as a College Adviser at USC Rossier School of Education from September 2014 to July 2016, and as a Resident Assistant at Pasadena City College Upward Bound from June 2014 to August 2014.

Lilianne Tang obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology: Social Inequalities from UC San Diego in 2014. Lilianne later pursued a Master of Education degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs at Loyola University Chicago from 2016 to 2018. In 2011, Lilianne also attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on Ethnic Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to communicating about culturally sensitive issues, developing diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs, inclusive leadership, managing a diverse team, and rolling out diversity and inclusion training programs in companies, all from LinkedIn in 2021.
