Loretta Lynch

Loretta Lynch is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair activities across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since September 2018, Loretta provides strategic direction for building maintenance, safety, and janitorial services while managing vendor relations and procurement processes. Prior roles include Facilities Manager at Fannie Mae, where Loretta successfully managed the relocation of over 3,000 staff to a new headquarters, and Assistant Facilities Manager at Arup, where responsibilities included hiring subcontractors and maintaining vendor contracts. Additionally, at the New York Blood Center, Loretta developed programs to enhance productivity and organized essential services for multiple facilities. Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from LIU Post.
