Maurice Watkins is a seasoned professional in capital markets and secondary marketing, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since October 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing operational activities related to pricing dissemination, loan delivery, and trade settlements.
