Rodney Hallam

Rodney Hallam has extensive experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Rodney is currently working as a Lead Engineer, QA at PennyMac. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Architect at SQA Group, where they guided the QA and testing process for seven enterprise application teams. Rodney also has experience working at Anthem, Inc. as a Mgr II Technology, where they managed multiple test teams and contractors for various testing projects. Rodney also worked as a Software Project Test Leader at State Farm Insurance, where they led the testing of large enterprise projects. Rodney has also worked at Cisco Systems, GlaxoSmithKline, Elster, HealthMatics G.P, Lucent Technologies, and EPX Group, gaining valuable experience in different technical roles. Overall, Rodney has a strong background in software testing, project management, and process improvement.

Rodney Hallam holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Rodney has obtained several additional certifications, including Zephyr Squad Manual Test Engineer from SmartBear in 2022, SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, LEAN Master Practitioner from Anthem, Inc. in 2013, Certified LEAN Practitioner from Anthem, Inc. in 2012, and Hexawise Test Design Professional from Hexawise in August 2020.
