Sandy Davies

Sandy Davies has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They have worked at Penrith City Council since 2015, initially as a Workforce and Workplace Manager and later transitioning to the role of Executive Manager People & Capability. In 2019, Sandy became the Director Community and People at the council. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager Business Partnering at City of Sydney in 2014. At Transport NSW, Sandy served as a Business Leadership Partner, overseeing the integration of personnel from Railcorp and external sources into the Transport Project Division. In 2011, they held two roles at Luxottica, serving as Senior HR Manager - EA Project and later as Director - HR Operations. Sandy also worked at Coles Group as a Regional HR Manager, and at Clarendon Homes as a General Manager HR. Before that, they held positions at Subaru Australia, Universal Music Group International, and SPHC hotels.

Sandy Davies completed a Masters of Management degree in the field of Management at MGSM from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters of Commerce degree in HR & IR at Western Sydney University from 1994 to 1998. Sandy also obtained a Master of Commerce degree in Employment Relations from the same university between 1993 and 1996. In terms of their earlier education, Sandy attended Scotch Oakburn College from 1980 to 1986.
