Dave Rogers

Dave Rogers is the Delivery Manager, Technical Consultants at Penrod. Dave has over 13 years of experience in IT and has held various leadership positions in the industry. Dave Rogers started their career at UnitedHealth Group in 2006 and worked their way up to Director, IT. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and overseeing a portfolio of over 20 applications. Dave then left UnitedHealth Group in 2015 to work as a Service Manager, IT Operations Management at Optum. In this role, they were responsible for service, problem, incident and change management for a portfolio of over 20 applications. Dave left Optum in 2016 to join Milwaukee Tool as their Director IT - Sales, Marketing, Service & Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for solution delivery and ongoing support of an expansive portfolio of applications for a fast-paced organization enjoying explosive growth. Dave Rogers has been with Penrod since October 2019 and is currently their Delivery Manager, Technical Consultants.
