People Experience Coordinator at Penrod

Molly Farley is currently the People Experience Coordinator at Penrod. Prior to that, they worked as a caregiver at Home Instead Senior Care from June 2018 to July 2019. There, they assisted the elderly so they could stay in their homes, regardless of physical or mental ability. Molly helped with driving, activities of daily living, paperwork, companionship, errands, meal preparation, personal cares, and so on. Molly gained experience with various levels of dementia and mental health as well as a myriad of physical disorders and diseases.

Before that, Molly worked as a caregiver/personal assistant for a private client from January 2017 to February 2018. Molly helped with all activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, incontinence care, personal cares, and so on. Molly also helped with tasks regarding personal assistance, such as filing, organizing, cleaning, errands, training new team members, driving, and paying bills.

Molly has also worked as a receptionist and front desk at the Auburn Police Department from October 2016 to November 2016. And before that, they were an English teacher at Fox Valley School Districts & Puyallup School District from January 2014 to June 2018.

Molly Farley has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Secondary Education and Teaching- English.
