Ben Pacewicz

Ben Pacewicz has held a variety of roles in the retail industry. In 2014, they were Store Director at Target, where they achieved a complete turnaround and a +1.5% comp within 6 months. In 2019, they joined Peloton Interactive as Regional Manager Field Operations, where they were responsible for improving and executing the marketing, sales and merchandising strategies for the southwest region. Ben also served on the Talent Committee and saved $1M annually by integrating lean inventory practices. In 2022, they began working at Pensa Systems as Director of Field Operations and Regional Operations Manager.

Ben Pacewicz received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from SUNY Empire State College, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
