Bridget Wilson

Bridget Wilson has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Bridget started their career in the United States Army as an Engineer Officer, serving from 2003 to 2010. Bridget then moved on to work at Amazon as an Area Manager in 2012, where they played a key role in establishing a new sorting facility and managing a large team of associates. In 2012, they also worked as a Change Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they developed organizational design models and strategies for the United States Army headquarters. Currently, Bridget is at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and has held several positions including Process Improvement Project Manager, Division Manager of Internal Consulting & Business Strategy, and Director of the Quality Management Department.

Bridget Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1999 and 2003. Bridget then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations at Wake Forest University from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
