Cara Huang

Cara Huang currently serves as the Policy Program Lead at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) since February 2019. Prior to this role, Cara held the position of CDM Program Lead at the US Department of Commerce from May 2012 to February 2019. Experience also includes serving as the Deputy Director of Federal Relations for the State of Maryland between July 2010 and June 2012, as well as working for Congressman Mike Honda in various capacities, including Legislative Assistant and Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff from November 2007 to June 2010. Cara Huang earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law between 2004 and 2007.
