Margaret Drake

Margaret Drake is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and federal employment issues. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Privacy Officer at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation since November 2021, Margaret previously held the position of Senior Agency Official for Privacy at the Federal Communications Commission from April 2020 to November 2021.
