Jane Caswell FCCA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jane began their career as an Engineering Assistant at Abbott in 2001 before moving on to work as a Project Engineer at Shell in 2005. In 2007, Jane joined South Coast Audit (NHS) as a General Auditor and then moved to Barts Health NHS Trust as a Senior Internal Auditor in 2009. In 2017, Jane joined Direct Line Group as the Group Change Risk and Programme Oversight Manager in the 2nd Line of Defense Enterprise Risk. Jane was responsible for overseeing risk management and program management activities until 2020 when they became the Travel & Pet Transformation Engineering & Assurance Lead, as well as the Technology Service Owner and Delivery PO. Most recently, in 2023, Jane joined Pension Insurance Corporation plc as the Risk Planning, Projects CRO Office and Transformation Lead for Risk, Compliance Internal Audit.

Jane Caswell FCCA has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick, specializing in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. Jane also holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University.
