Katherine Easter

Katherine Easter has significant experience in human resources and organizational development. From September 2010 to August 2014, they worked as the Head of HR and OD at the Pension Protection Fund. Katherine then moved on to become the Director of HR, OD, and Communications from September 2014 to February 2016. Joining the Pension Protection Fund again in March 2016, Katherine currently holds the position of Chief People Officer.

Prior to their work at the Pension Protection Fund, Katherine was the Head of HR Regulated Industries at MOUCHEL plc. from March 2004 to August 2010.

Katherine Easter completed their MSc in Social and Applied Psychology from the University of Kent from 1995 to 1998.
