Sue Hall

Sue Hall has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Sue began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Advisor at Mercer, where they worked until 2000. Sue then held various HR roles at TelesensKSCL Ltd and BAE Systems before joining Sky in 2001. At Sky, they worked as a Business HR Consultant in both the Retail and Sales Contact Centres divisions, supporting the development of people strategies aligned with business objectives. Sue moved on to become Director of HR & OD at Pension Protection Fund in 2015, leading a high-performing team and driving the organization's Diversity & Inclusion strategy. In 2020, they served as a Board Trustee at Citizens Advice Bureaux Service.

Sue Hall achieved their most recent educational qualification, FCIPD, in 2019 from CIPD Qualifications. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained the degree of MCIPD from the same institution. Before their postgraduate studies at CIPD, they completed the CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management in 2003 from Glasgow Caledonian University. Sue began their education journey by earning a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Croydon College in 1999.
